The Story

From developer to democratizer

Victor began his career in digital transformation over 25+ years ago, working across North America, Brazil, and Canada on enterprise Business Applications, custom software, and database systems. He earned multiple Microsoft certifications — from .NET to Power Platform — and built deep expertise in every layer of the Microsoft stack.

When Power Platform emerged, Victor recognized something rare: a platform that could genuinely close the gap between business and IT — if practitioners were equipped to use it well. That insight became the foundation of Zero To Hero Academy, and for the past 7+ years he's been mentoring and equipping a global community of Power Platform professionals through it.

Today, Victor focuses on where Power Platform and agentic AI intersect — using tools like Claude Code to generate production-ready assets, reduce rework, and ship faster. He's sharing everything he learns through the Academy, YouTube, and AI Powered Development for Power Platform Professionals.
